Attendees will learn actionable strategies to reduce turnover and build a more stable, productive team, ultimately leading to long-term raving fans, profit gains and smoother operations.

This session addresses how organizations can extend their influence beyond the bottom line and leave a positive mark on their communities. By building a community-centric workplace, leaders can enhance employee pride, foster loyalty, and attract customers who align with their values.
